Quick easy service with no hassle. Ordered on a Saturday afternoon and by Wednesday had my filter and video instruction by e-mail on the correct way to install.
These filters are hard to find, and when you do, it's almost always a vendor through Amazon charging some ridiculous price.
If you're in need of anything to do with a French Press would highly recommend this company.

What an easy mill for your daily grind. 4 seconds on French Press setting and I get a perfect amount for my 4 serving French Press pot. Just add my water and loving every cup.

This is a great way to keep coffee fresh when you don't want to grind it every morning (too noisy). I only wish I had gotten a bigger one! I did buy the bigger one as a gift for a friend. I am very happy with the products from this seller.

As advertised, very nice stainless carafe with a nice heft to it. Works great, and nice to look at too! I had bought a bodum and it was thin stainless, ugly and flat top, with many plastic parts that felt and looked super flimsy. I gave it away --and spent 10x the price on this one but worth every penny.

I was thrilled to find more filters designed for our large Frieling French Press. 2 weeks in, they work perfectly. We had around 10 years out of the first filter, looking forward to years of use out of the new one.

I was happy to find this replacement for my old Bodum French press. Fits perfectly and I feel it’s actually better than the original. Definitely worth the money to keep my French press coffee going strong after so many years!

Ordered replacement filter and it arrived right on time and exactly what I needed.

It fits well on my 12C Mr Coffee, a gift after the French press got broken. It fits and has little spillage. The thumb handle makers it easy to pour. Well done.

I really like the Oxo gooseneck kettle. It heats the water quickly. It feels balanced and secure in the hand. It is easy to control the flow. For me, it efficiently and effectively checks all the boxes for a gooseneck kettle for pour over.

Could not be easier to use. My tabs on the adjuster ring were broken and my burr needed cleaning. I was able to just swap out the part and now my grinder works again, and I have an extra burr if I need to replace it.
