Lido Replacement Jar, Stainless Steel, Spare Coffee Grounds Jar for Lido Grinders (Fits Lido 3, Lido 2, Lido E-T)

Not only was I able to find this grounds jar cheaper than anywhere else (10% off coupon), it arrived in good time, in perfect condition, and they even included a plastic bean scoop and a piece of coffee candy as a special surprise! It's small details like these that show when a company truly values customer satisfaction! The jar fits my Lido-E without issue and serves as a huge upgrade from the plastic jar whose threads had worn down to the point of popping off mid-grind. The plastic funnel that originally shipped with the grinder also threads on to the stainless steel jar without issue. All around I couldn't be happier! Thanks a bunch FRENCH PRESS COFFEE!!!

Fits my Lido 2 perfectly! Feels sturdy and I expect it to last years.

Only caveat is that the plastic funnel that came with the Lido 2 is extremely snug on this jar.

The threads on my original plastic catch jar for my Lido E-T were wearing out so the jar would sometimes fall off (not fun), so I was planning on ordering a new one and saw the new stainless steel version. While more expensive, it seemed like it would be more durable, and even more anti-static. My only concern was no longer being able to see the ground coffee as I was grinding it. I've been using the new stainless steel jar for at least week and I'm now a huge fan of it. It fits the grinder well (way better than the glass jar option), and does a great job of reducing static (I also use the drop of water on the beans trick to cut down on static). If you use a Lido hand grinder I highly recommend upgrading to this steel catch jar!

The plastic stock receptacle

I've had a Lido 3 grinder for longer than I can recall, and last month the catch jar fell off twice, spilling ground coffee all over the kitchen floor. When I looked for a replacement jar, I was happy to find the stainless steel version. The double-wall jar seems not only more durable and more securely threaded, it gives the Lido 3 a much classier look and feel. It makes me wonder why the Lido 3 didn't come with a stainless jar in the first place.

Quick service from frenchpresscoffee. About the jar..not much to say, it does jar things well. My original glass one broke, I expect this will last quite a bit longer.

A very well made and elegant container. I wish I had ordered it earlier, as soon as the original container started to get worn in the threads. It´s even easier to grind now. It is well worth the price.
