  • Capresso Infinity Grinder, Stainless Steel Finish (Model#: 560.04)

  • Capresso Infinity Plus Grinder, Zinc Die Cast Housing (Model: 575.05)
  •  The Capresso Infinity Conical Burr Grinder is a sleek, versatile grinder to add to your at-home craft coffee endeavors. Its accuracy is superb, and using this grinder to make your morning coffee will make you feel like you’re at your favorite local coffee shop without the hassle of leaving your home.

For those who love versatility and accuracy in their coffee grinders at home, the Capresso Infinity Grinder is for you. This grinder comes with 16 different grind settings, from Turkish fine all the way to the coarseness needed for refreshing cold brew.

The Capresso Infinity comes with a plastic bean hopper and grounds container, which you can use to store a small amount of your next coffee on your kitchen countertop. You’ll also find a timer you can send for grinding, as well as a pulse grinding feature.

The gear reduction motor is unique to only a few types of grinders currently on the market today. It allows for smooth, quiet grinding. It is less invasive than a typical grinder motor, so your mornings can be that much more pleasant and peaceful.

The Swiss steel conical burrs are some of the strongest and longest-lasting on the market. They make for excellent precision every single time, and they don’t wear with use. The entire grinder itself without any coffee inside weighs about 3 lbs. Its lightweight, sleek design is an easy addition to your kitchen or coffee bar.

16 Different Grinder Settings. The Capresso Infinity Burr Grinder comes with clearly-marked settings on the front side of the base. It is divided into extra fine, fine, medium, and coarse. But within each of these four grind settings, there are four smaller settings, coming to a total of 16 different grind settings. You’ll be able to use this grinder for any type of coffee you’re craving in the morning, whether it be a jolt of espresso, or something bold and refreshing like an iced coffee or cold brew.

Strong, Long-Lasting Steel Burrs. These Swiss-made conical burrs are built with durability and precision in mind. Burr coffee grinders are the way to go for grind accuracy because it’s impossible to get the same precision with a blade grinder. Conical is the shape of the burrs, which create even more accuracy, which is why the Capresso Infinity can have 16 different grind settings.

Quiet Gear Reduction Motor. No one wants an obnoxious loud grinder early in the morning, especially if the rest of the house is trying to sleep! The gear reduction motor creates less friction than most grinders on the market today. It also reduces the invasive grinding noise. The Capresso Infinity motor also moves at a slower rate, which produces a more accurate grind.

BPA-free Plastic Bean Hopper. The plastic bean hopper sits on top of the body of the grinder, and it holds about 9 oz of coffee beans. You can store beans up for quick use the next morning, or you can empty it out after you grind your beans. The plastic is BPA-free for your safety and reassurance.

Safety Lock System. The safety lock system is helpful, especially those early pre-coffee mornings where you may be a bit too tired to notice what you’re doing! When the bean hopper is not in place, the auto lock engages so you’re unable to turn the grind on.

    Quiet and Powerful.

    Works like a charm.

    First time buyer

I've only used it 5 times but it seems to be very consistent. If you've seen reviews about this grinder you'll know that it can't quite reach espresso fineness but you really can't expect this machine to do everything given its price. Very quiet, and easy to use. So far I've made french press cold brews and V60 pour overs with no complaints! If you've never had freshly ground coffee this is a perfect way to experience it at home. Doesn't take much space and all parts are easy to clean. If I had to say one negative thing is that there is a small static issue (with my model at least) which is common for grinders in this price point. You can do the method that French Press Coffee recommends which is adding a few drops of water into your coffee beans but I just settle with shaking the machine slightly after grinding.

Dear Luis! Thank you for your feedback. We are appreciate it very much. All the best, FrenchPressCoffee.com

Coffee grounds go everywhere and makes a huge mess. Costing me money every time I grind my coffee beans. I won’t buy this brand again!

    Hello Teresa!
Thank you for your feedback. Static with Grinders is very common problem. Here's a simple fix for it. Just add few drops of water into your coffee beans. Please check this video as a reference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZhe07ORb2Q. Let us know if you need any additional help.

    Good grind, and quiet

This burr coffee grinder works very well and is quiet enough that it does not wake a sleeping partner in the other room.

Dear Jim! Thank you for your feedback. We are appreciate it very much. All the best, FrenchPressCoffee.com

My third, and so far favorite burr grinder

3 or so years ago, I became aware of how important a consistent grind is to make really good coffee. I read all the reviews and bought the one that most people say gives you the most bang for the buck, the Baratza Encore. I used it for a couple of years, but I had intermittent clogging/cleaning issues, and eventually, it just stopped working. This Capresso grinder usually places in the same rankings as the Baratza, so I decided to check it out, and I've been happy with it. Much quieter, good consistent grind, well-designed hopper that seems immune from the static electricity issue that makes emptying such a mess with other grinders.

Dear Patrick! Thank you for your feedback. We are appreciate it very much. All the best, FrenchPressCoffee.com
