Baratza is a top quality coffee bean grinder so I can't add to that. However service from Fresh Press was very impressive. They sent video instructions for installing g the part I ordered. The Baratza grinder is no too difficult to work on but even the burr assembly is put together in a very precise order so that video was super important and very much appreciated.

Troubleshooting my grinder
I’d finally thought I knew what to do but getting the part not so easy. That’s when I found French Press and Igor took over. He had me grab the grinder and we troubleshot over the phone to make sure I was getting the right part. Great service and knowledge. My advice is start here first if you have any coffee questions or equipment issues. Great company!
